We were staying nearby and walked to this location. With no cell service were not able to see the restaurants lower TA rating. The restaurant is located in the middle (literally) of a resort that appears to have been a converted large motel.
As we walked in we went past several pools and large hot tubs until we found the restaurant area. The grounds were clean and well kept.
Upon arrival we were asked if we had a reservation even though it was very early in the evening and very few people were eating. Anyway we were seated promptly (they do have a separate smaller bar area) with a nice view.
The food came quickly and our waitress was excellent and very attentive. She did a wonderful job handling our children's allergy concerns. Our food was excellent and the desert were also very good.
My understanding is the restaurant will be closed and torn down shortly and replaced. The new restaurant will be larger and at least two levels high with a large deck to take advantage of the wonderful view of the beach.
We had a good experience with the location and will look into staying here in the future, perhaps after the restaurant is complete.
