It's always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant. For those who enjoy roast suckling pig, the restaurant Caneira in Negrais - Sintra is undoubtedly a place to visit.
The restaurant specialty - suckling pig - is roasted to the extent that the majority of the fat below the skin melts, leaving the meat very tender and the skin crispy and absolutly deliciouse. The dish is accompanied with a pepper sauce, not too spicy, that makes the meat even more flavorful.
I don't even know what other dishes are on the menu. Each time I visit this restaurant this is the only thing I order.
