“Excellent but pricy food”

The receptionist at the Village Cove Inn recommended and booked this restaurant for us. It is one of five establishments run by an iron chef winner. It is a very attractive building in an upmarket nature resort. We had an excellent Paella and two side dishes aas starters. The service was not up to the standard one would expect from an upmarket restaurant and a number of wines were not available "as they would be closing in two days for the winter". Despite this we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your overall experience despite a few bobbles along the way. If you joined us within two days of closing, unfortunately you did see an abridged version of our wine list. We try our best to keep the wine list current by editing it nightly as we pair down our selections our last week. I am sorry to hear your time with us wasn’t all you expected it to be. We hope you are able to travel to Kennebunkport again. It would be my pleasure to send you a copy of our list in advance, hold wines aside or take a request. Great food and cocktails. Nice wine list. A little cold where we were sitting but we finished our drinks by the fire.

Thank you for visiting us, and for taking the time write a review on TA. Earth is a seasonal al fresco restaurant that is open from May-October…and as the end of October approaches the nights can get quite cold. I am sorry it was a bit chilly when you dined with us. Overall the fall was mild, but there were a few nights that dipped pretty low! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, (seeing the silver lining) and finishing your evening by the fire. Please come back and join us again next season! We will keep the fire roaring!

“Amazing dining experience”

Great setting, service & extraordinary dinners. A unique celery root soup, a ricotta gnocchi w nasturtium butter, delicious fluke, perfectly grilled skirt steak, it was all delicious. Excellent wine list. Server pleasant & very knowledgeable & definitely interested in assuring we had a great dining experience. A wow! Place.

if you are staying there or in the area - Eat There!! really warm, rustic feeling restaurant with real farm to table fresh and technically prepared food.

“Dinner - Wonderful and romantic or for the family occassions”

The setting is not to be believed. The uniqueness blends brilliantly with the environment. The food is among the best I have eaten in the world with menu thanks to all the local providers. The tastes are explosive in the best of ways. Staff wonderful.

One of my favorite times of year at Earth is the fall. Earth always sources it’s produce from local providers, but during harvest we are offered so much variety to choose from it makes the experience for both our guests and the chefs that much better.
