“Best Casual Seafood Spot”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2014 via mobile

This is that one place you go to that you want to keep to yourself, but the word is out and that's why it's #1 ! The prices are very reasonable and the seafood is fresh and plentiful, it is worth the trip from the Brunswick area.

“Hand's down best lobster roll”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2014

After booking a vacation rental in West Bath this summer I researched around where to find the best lobster rolls in the area. I came across several reviewers comments praising Erica's Seafood. Located at the tip of Harpswell in a little food shack next to a pier where they literally cook the lobster after bringing them off the boat (can't get any fresher than that!). The outdoor seating has a gorgeous view of the water while you wait for your food. The lobster roll was amazing! Definitely worth the wait and the drive. I felt disappointed with every other lobster roll I ordered at other establishments. We quickly learned that the food trucks serve better seafood than the restaurants. We also ordered the sweet potato fries on the side which were very good! Tip: Bring $, Cash only. You can also call ahead to place your order so it's ready when you get there.

“Outdoor seafood dining with a great view”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2014

Don't worry when the road looks like it's going nowhere. Just when you are ready to turn around, you will be treated to a fantastic ocean view and Erica's (but look closely to the left or you'll miss it.
The service was fast and the seafood, including a lobster youchoose from their tank, was cooked to perfection. Remember to take along your own beer or wine. We enjoyed the perfect day to eat at the outside picnic tables overlooking the ocean. To avoid a longer wait, go a little early.

“Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2014

The BEST lobster we've ever had! We met our friends at about "the ends of the earth" and boy are we glad we did. Erica's and the associated Lobster Pound next door are excellent. Everything we had from lobster rolls, fresh fried oysters, whole lobsters to fresh cut fries were outstanding. They know lobster and this lobster simply cooked in a pot on a propane burner sitting on the floor of the pound was literally the best one I've ever had. We are returning today and can't wait. One thing, try not to get there at dusk-the Mosquitos are fierce, although Erica's does supply a can of bug spray.

“This is Maine!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2014

This place is what lobster rolls and Maine is all about. Located on a working lobster dock, it's nothing pretentious. Just picnic tables and great food. We had the lobster rolls and they were wonderful. Other diners had fried haddock and said it was great. The cole slaw was homemade and also delicious. As typical of these places, no credit cards so bring cash! Drinks come from a vending machine.
