“Ehhhh....”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2014

All right, they have a lobster stew appetizer that is fabulous. But: At noon on a mid-June Sunday they were completely out of clams. The burger, which had good quality meat, came out medium (no pink) when it was ordered medium rare. The batter on the onoion rings was tough (chewy)--I'd bet they were not freshly prepared. The little fried shrimp in the shrimp roll were OK. Service was good.

“A Very Good Meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2014

Four of us enjoyed a great meal. Everyone was pleased and agreed that it was very good value, both in taste and price. Service was great, also. I would definitely recommend it as the place to go in Freeport for seafood.

“Outstanding Lobster Roll”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2014

Linda is Beans Grand Daughter and is right across the street from the Bean Facility which is massive. We recommend the Seafood Chowder and the Colossal Lobster Roll. The weather was great so we chose to eat outside.

“Twist on Meatloaf”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2014

Not eaten all day so husband and I had early 'dinner' at 4pm....did not want fried food so went for the meatloaf...not disappointed and enjoyed the twist...I am guessing the misshapen 'patty' was cooked on a griddle top and then topped with tomato sauce...absolutely deeeeelish. Lovely mashed potato and crisp fresh asparagus, red onion, cauli and green beans. Definitely recommend...staff bright and friendly, only downside was the awful music being played!

“Ok-ish Food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

Went for the LL Bean shopping and stopped here for convenience. The chairs are neat, I'll give them that. Food not so much considering the price. Clam chowder tasted like watered down Campbell's version. Even the beet salad was boring. LL Blah.
