“A pleasant respite”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

This is a limited review because we consumed no food. However, after an afternoon of walking around town and shops, a brief respite of wine and beer was required. Several of us stopped off here and asked for an outdoor table on this summer day. They accomodated us happily for just beverages. And the choices were excellent. A real pleasure sipping wine, cooling off, and watching the world go by. Not quite Paris, but still very pleasant.

“Great shopping, great food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

Arrived in Freeport, Maine late in the afternoon. After some shopping it was time to grab a meal. We checked out 2 other sites before crossing the street to Linda's, what a treat. No waiting, rustic, but warm atmosphere. We sat upstairs, it was threatening rain so we said no to the deck (thunder storm so arrived). I had the crab salad roll, it was moist, well seasoned and a large serving. We also had the lobster roll, cooked to our request (warm with melted butter). We finished with the warm blueberry pie. A simple, good meal with attentive service; we will return.

“Nice food stop in Freeport”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

Two floor restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating on both levels. No wait when we arrived after dinner time. Table was still needing prepared for us and waitress didn't notice once we were seated (table wiped and napkins and silverware placed). Waitress was kind and helpful letting us know the one dish would take approx. 15 minutes. My wife loved the unique dipping sauces (blueberry BBQ sauce) with the chicken strip meal. We spent $44 for appetizer, 2 meals, tip, and drinks.

We were definitely hungry and the food filled us up but it was nothing special. Service was only average.

“Average”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013 via mobile

Just ate dinner there tonight. Did not get our drink order correct. Ordered blueberry and got something else, don't think they believed they gave us the wrong beer. Lobster Mac and Cheese was very average, have had better othee places.
