I spent over $400 for a 30-person military retirement celebration. Inclusively, I ordered pulled pork, chicken, bbq beans, coleslaw, potato salad and rolls. As you will read, this review does not reflect positively on the establishment. Please recognize that I have no desire to exaggerate and these descriptions are accurate. The pulled pork and BBQ beans were burned on top so bad, that the flavor of both was over-saturated to the point of being inedible. The pork was also so dried out on top that the texture was worse than that of beef jerky. While the chicken had some flavor, it was horribly dry. The coleslaw had no flavor at all, save for an over-abundance of pepper (picture wet cabbage doused with pepper and you have the right visual). The potato salad tasted well enough; but since the potatoes were overcooked, the consistency was closer to mashed. Finally, the rolls were store-bought and still in the packaging from a local grocery store. On a final note, the price I paid for this service did not include catering. I contacted the owner, and while she did apologize, offered no compensation nor wished to see the product (I kept all foods for this purpose).
