PG is the best place to stay. Very good team and excellent support. If you are willing to stay in Kochi and have a tour around i think PG is the best place. access to Riksha is very close so u can also go anywhere easily. I specially love the greeny garden. amazing and well clean rooms.
easy access to local food and markets. Public bus transport just a few feet away. oberon mall is also close by. well located.

Even though the stay was awesome.

I wouldn't recommend the food (Nila Restaurant) delivery. very poor service. cheating customers with price, late delivery, very poor customers service, confirms order and delivers something else and adding charges more than the menu. but there are many other restaurants you can order food from around that place which is far better than Nila.

My past experiences are always disappointing with wherever I go.
This is a hotel where you find its more better than the information provided in the net.

Rooms are very well maintained, I suggest AC than Non-Ac rooms as they are more spacious
and ofcourse, Cochi offers you a hot weather also. And the hotel is located in heart of
the city, and look like a resort. so its basically a resort within the city. And anytime
the manager Mr.Pratap is accessible, and helpful also. We went with our 2yrs old Kid, and
we are pleasantly allowed to cook the food for him in the staff kitchen. You don't see arrogant, indecent behavior with the staff members including the room service persons. They are very very pleased manner. Heartfully, I can say that..whenever I go to Kerala I prefer this place for my stay.

And good restaurant are surround by. So you can make you own choice or you can order also. I like the management is not making money for that. Personally appreciate Francis&Pratap

Had checked in here for a 2 week stay. Very neat rooms and well maintained villa. Green and clean! Room is good enough for families as well. Very helpful manager too.

Service could be improved a bit by providing regular cleaning of rooms and sheets which was missing during my stay there. Though it doesn't have a restaurant it has decent ones around 400-500ms from its location. Dial a dish service is also available from near by hotels.

Clean and Green, peaceful and tranquil would best describe this homestay. Refreshingly different from other getaways, it was a home away from home. Pleasant and co-operative manager and support staff, and an affable, helpful and resourceful owner, Mr. Francis, ensure that your stay is comfortable. In an ambience high on "eco-friendly", one enjoys one's privacy at the same time a hospitable interaction if one wishes. The owner went the extra mile, to help us with best locations, buys, bargains ..... Our tour of Kerala began from here and we returned to a 4 day sojourn at the end. We were received like family. It was like coming home.
