I have never written a bad review before, but after this weekend I have to warn all parent thinking of staying at the Noble House while visiting their kids at summer camps in the region. We booked a two night stay. After our first night and eating breakfast there we returned in the afternoon with our two daughters. As we walk in the door, the owner Julie, comes out and asks me to sign my credit card slip and registration form. It seems like a simple request so I do it. The second my signature is on the registration form she informs me the room is for guests only. It takes me a few minutes to comprehend what she is saying because I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. She is telling me that my husband and I can go to our room but our children are not allowed. She knew this as she saw us walk into the Inn and that's why she was sure to get payment and have me sign the form BEFORE I knew what I was signing. My 12 year old daughter is in tears, and our afternoon was ruined, simply because a family wanted to spend a few hours together relaxing in their hotel room. Is upsetting a family and receiving a bad review worth what, a little bit of extra electricity? We packed our bags and left immediately! Plus there was a mouse or rat in the walls of the room the previous night and it kept me up all night with its chewing and scratching. The web site doesn't tell you there is no television in the room or that you have to go into the hallways to get to your bathroom. Don't fall for their rehearsed and insincere politeness.
