We had a great experience, from the very comfortable room to the views and great breakfast. We felt very at home in the comfortable dining area and living room. The owners were very attentive, giving good advice on things to do and places to eat. We definitely would come back in the future and would highly recommend

Room Tip: We choose the sail loft rooms because we liked having the small outside sitting area

Wonderful views, lovely B&B, great breakfasts, very helpful hosts! We enjoyed meeting other couples from the all over the country and internationally. The deck is wonderful for sunrises, sunsets and watching the activity in the harbor. All resturants and shops are within short walking distance (no more than 10 minutes even to the other side of the harbor using the walking bridge). It is a very brief walk up hill to the Inn- not difficult unless you have trouble walking. We really loved the casual dinners at the Lobster Dock- the best sunset views and great lobster!

This lovely 150-year-old B&B is wonderfully located just up from the town with panoramic views of the harbor. Everything is walking distance. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, and everything is spotless. For breakfast they start with a continental of yogurt, pastry of some kind, juice, fruit and coffee. Then they serve a wonderful hot entree. While we were there they had quiche, eggs Benedict, and puffed apple pancake. Susan, the owner, is attentive and checks in regularly to see if there is anything you need. There is a coffee station so that early risers like me can get a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise and early morning fog horns on the deck. Highly recommend!

Had a great room -- quite comfortable. And the home-made breakfasts were outstanding -- but best of all is the view of Boothbay Harbor from either the dining room level or the upper balcony -- fog rolling in, the boats, the breeze. Delightful and memorable!

A very charming B & B on the side of the hill closely convenient to the shops and restaurants of Boothbay Harbor. A pleasant walk to the restaurants and charming shops with something for everyone. The B & B has some of the best views overlooking the bay from its convenient location, which you can enjoy from the back deck or rooftop deck.

The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated and extremely clean. Each room is also equipped with a nicely decorated bathroom that is very much on the small side but adequate to meet one's needs. A very quite establishment ran by a husband and wife team who provide very welcoming greetings and friendly hospitality. The food is phenomenal! You definitely do not want to oversleep and miss out on breakfast. I assure you that you will not be disappointed on this delicious dinning experience. The breakfast was my favorite meal of the day while visiting this very charming harbor community.

A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the delightful pleasantries of this little community. The house has amble dinning space and comfortable quarters that are nicely kept, maintained and cared for. There is amble parking on the side and in the back of the house for all guests. You can't go wrong with this B & B. A home run hit for sure if chosen!

To say that we had a great time would be an understatement! The location of the house, our room, the food, and our gracious hosts lent us one of our best vacations to date. Seriously we were planning our next stay before we left.
The house sits on top of the hill, giving some of the best views in the town. But we did have a few good laughs walking up the hill after a couple cocktails. Our room had a king size bed and private bath; the bed was comfy; the room was clean and cleaned wonderfully every day. Every morning the coffee was hot and fresh (oh and it’s their own custom blend) and was accompanied by a wide array of breakfast goodies. Morning people we are not, but we definitely drug ourselves out of bed for the hot breakfast. Michael and Susan were welcoming, funny and you could tell they really loved what they do. They take the time out to talk to you, tell you about the town and chit chat they really did make our experience better! We are certainly coming back to Boothbay Harbor and wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We had 2 rooms on the third floor with a third floor deck that showed 270 degrees of Boothbay Harbor. We had an easy walk down to town and all sorts of restaurants. Mike at the desk made excellent food recommendations and helped us with some reservations. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choices. The rooms were clean and well prepared. We spent a lot of time on the third floor deck watching the boats come and go and drinking the house wine. The hosts were personable but not intrusive. Coffee is available all the time.

Room Tip: Third floor rooms have spectacular view and a large deck.
