“wonderful meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2010

This restaurant should be rated number one. I had clam chowder and 1/2 turkey club sandwich. My husband had a crab meat roll. We shared an order of onion rings. Everything was superb and the waiter, Aaron, was excellent. He checked on us every once in a while, but was not annoying. We highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

“Don't ask questions”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2010

A sign in front of the entrance advertised drink specials. We ordered them in the restaurant. Our check came and the drinks were full price. When we asked our server why the prices weren't at the special rate she blew up at us. She acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and then said those prices were for the bar only and couldn't we see that the bar was closed. VERY RUDE. Ruined a very good meal. Good food, good prices, great view, but service that will keep us from ever going back. Too many great places in the area to waste time here.

“Don't count on this place for breakfast.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2009

The breakfast was included in our hotel stay. The blueberry pancakes we had
were pretty good but otherewise everything else we tried was very basic. The buffet
on Saturday was the most uninteresting we have ever been to. There were 3 or 4 steam
tables lined up with very basic, boring food. There was nothing on the buffet table to make things look interesting or appealing.

“Very nice dinner”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2009

We found this place to be wonderful. We sat near the windows and watched the fog come in which is beautiful in it's own way. Our server was great but admitted that she didn't know much about the local brews so off I went to the bar and got an overview from the bartender. He provided a sample of ones that caught our interest and we really enjoyed our choices. The food was so good but the portions were hugh and we just couldn't finish them. As we had no way to reheat we couldn't take the leftovers. We could have gotten one entree and shared it. My husband got an app to start having no idea what was coming. Would we return... of course.

“Terrible Restaurant”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2009

One of the worst meals I experienced in years. We arrived at 6:15 pm and the restaurant was only about 1/3 full. Wine glass covered in someone else's lipstick. Glacially slow and inattentive service. When food actually arrived one and half hours after arriving, it was cold and either raw for the kids hamburgers or overcooked for my guests steak. When we complained about the poor meal and slow service, the waitress offered us the appalling almost non-sensical excuse that this was part of their "slow cooking process" - What?! Appalling experience from start to finish - Wish "No Stars" was an option.
