"The Bistro's" Lobster Thermidor – The meat from a 1 1/2 lb. Maine lobster is sautéed in butter, garlic and fresh herbs. It is then flambéed with cognac, served in the shell topped with lobster Newberg sauce and baked gruyere cheese. Served with potato and vegetable of the day. AMAZING Chef Karin Guerin knows what she is doing. Some of the best lobster I have ever had. (and that is saying a lot ;)
