I was really fortunate that there was still seating available on the deck. A beautiful evening was the perfect setting for the excellent dinner I had - Steamed mussels with garlic butter, a perfectly done baked potato (totally edible skin!) and truly good coleslaw. The meats of the mussels were somewhat small, but they were exceptionally tasty - and the platter was filled copiously. In spite of being quite satisfied with my dinner, my extremely pleasant waitress (she twisted my arm) convinced me to have dessert - something I rarely do. The homemade carrot cake was outrageous! I'd go back there just for the cake alone!
