Sadly, I don't believe Solo Bistro deserves a single star. Not because of the food, but the management. A recent dining experience caused me considerable embarrassment in front of a former business acquaintance. This was due to the fact that the owner would not honor a Groupon which was, despite expiration, still valid for $20. Will begrudgingly offered me $10, which I refused. Is this any way to treat a customer? There were also issues with the bill which involved cash and a credit card. After pointing out the problem, we were refunded $14. I wrote to Will, expressing my disappointment, hoping that he could reassure me that this was a one-time incident. It's been almost six months, and I have yet to receive the courtesy of a response I have been recommending Solo Bistro for years, but will no longer do so - nor will my husband and I ever set foot in there again. For shame.
