Service was terrible. We were promptly seated, but then had to go find a server (and this in an almost empty restaurant). Ordering went reasonablly smoothly, and food was delivered smoothly too. We could see the open kitchen, all of 25 feet away, it would have been tough for our server to get lost along the way.
Appetizers included a "baked brie" with pita chips. DO NOT ORDER THIS. The 'brie' wasn't like any Brie I've tried in France or even in the US for that matter. Tasteless, with tasteless pita chips.
We'd been told of their Mac & Cheese, so one associate ordered it, with lobster as an add; it came in a huge serving plate, toasted on top. We all (three of us) tried it, and we all agreed that it was good but certainly not worth raving over. Smoky flavor came from smoked gouda as one of the cheeses, and lots of hunks of lobster meat were the only redeaming features. I ordered herb crusted haddock, and was disappointed; my third associate ordered the same and was equally disappinted.
The server came by, mid main course to ask how we were doing, one associate asked for more water. "Sure" was his reply; he then walked back to the open kitchen and forgot all about the water. Eventually it took yet another walk to remind him of the promised water delivery.
I really can't find any reasons to recommend Luna.
