Nice room, but service was terrible. Tried to check in a 2:55pm which seemed a reasonable time for check-in. Was kept waiting until 3:20pm when I was told the room was finally ready. At this time, the hotel was almost empty. There was hardly a car in the parking lot.
Was told I did not need a roll-a-way bed because there was a fold-out sofa in the room. However, there was no bedding for the fold-out sofa. Ultimately slept on the sofa without bedding.
For the free breakfast, was given a coupon for 2 people, but three people checked in to the room.
There is nothing wrong with this hotel that some service training would not cure, but I will not ever stay there again.
