“Wonderful evening”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2014

We enjoyed a great dinner in a quiet romantic atmosphere. The restaurant was not busy, so the peace away from the casino was appreciated. Henry was our server and he was over the top in service. At his suggesting we started with an appetizer, shrimp served on green tomatoes with a sweet jam--not on the menu but a special of the chef's. Salads were next, Spinach and Maytag, both were good. My Filet was cooked just as ordered as well as Mark's T-Bone. With a side of asparagus and 2 drinks, our bill was $113. Very reasonable for the quality and the service. Their Aged Prime Beef is from Chicago.

“OK, but nothing particularly exciting”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 15, 2013

Had dinner at William B's on a recent family visit to the casino ... not something I do very often, but there I was. The room is nice enough, with an open kitchen. The food was certainly not bad, but also wasn't particularly interesting either. It had that "corporate" feel, where some executive chef somewhere else comes up with a decent menu that is just cranked out over and over with no real attention from a chef with his/her name on the door. Manhattan a little too far on dillution. Onion rings had good flavor ... but slightly greasy. "Lump" crab cakes had no discernible lumps of crab. Red snapper with shrimp and lump crab a bit over cooked with very little crab. Wine list rather bland with little geographical variety. Highlight was the excellent service provided by Marco. Otherwise, OK but certainly not a destination in itself.

“Great Dining (in a casino)”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2013

My wife and I visited over the weekend to celebrate her birthday. We (she) is a foodie, and not being familiar with the area we checked out reviews of places all over town with the highest marks, but ultimately settled on William B's because it was walking distance from our hotel, and we could pop up for some gaming afterwards. Initially I was hesitant about eating at a 'casino restaurant' as I feared it would be overpriced and the ambiance would leave something to be desired. We ordered the tuna medallions as a starter, which were really not very good at all. However, we were both pleasantly surprised from there on out. I had the petite filet, which was a little salty for my taste on the outside, but cooked to perfection, she had the prime rib which was excellent. The wine list was good, and the service was great (Sammie is a true gentleman!).

It was pricey, but you kind of know that going in, and so in the end we were both very happy with it and I would recommend it to others.

“Delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2013

The whole menu was tempting. We had a crab meat appetizer and then red snapper and T-bone for the meal. The bread they served was great.

“Williams B's has great service and food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2013

Everything we ordered was great, especially the french onion soup. Yummy !!!!! The steak was cooked exactly as we had ordered. Our waiter, Sammie, was attentive throughout the entire meal. This was just what we were looking for in an intimate, steak dinner. It was a homerun all the way around.
