We are also serving homemade Hamburger Steak. Locals are happy we kept the same floor plan, although we do have a Mini Bar to fix mix drinks And serve wine.

“Boiled Crawfish! Ca ce bon!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

We live near The Boiling Point and eat there often. The crawfish are always steaming hot and you can choose from mild or hot seasoning. Coldest beer and hottest crawfish...take it from a true Cajun girl...Ca ce bon!! (it is good!!)

“Best Gumbo ever!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2012

I usually do not like gumbo but this was wonderful with no "fishy" taste. The fried shrimp was really good too. However, the salad and fries left something to be desired. We both had the half order of fried shrimp plate and each had 5 wonderfully fried shrimp.

Don't let the outside fool you, this is a great place for seafood!

“Great Crawfish!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 14, 2012

Although its not my usual hangout for crawfish, they were great. Its in the middle of nowhere between Lafayette and New Iberia but it was worth it. I hear the boiled crabs are awesome along with the fried onion rings.

“Been many a time...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2012

R & M is pretty good, but irritating for the wine drinker. Beer abounds, but not a drop of wine. And when you're having your crabs, you really might like a sip of wine. The atmosphere is true hungry Cajun, and the food is good, properly spiced sf this seafood. The atmosphere is plain, right down to the gravel parking lot and frontage road location. But don't let all of this scare you away - - - -because they still have very good food.
