The room was horrible. There was holes in the carpet with nails sticking out. It wasnt clean. Didnt stay

“Rude management and dirty rooms!”

Web site said that they offered a shuttle to the Casino. After we checked in I was told they do not. Room was dirty, lamps flickered off and on, cable was extremely fuzzy, no baseboards and disgusting bathroom. We immediately went to the office and asked for a refund (we had to fight for it but they finally refunded our money). We ended up booking at Black Jack Inn (right down the road, closer to Coushatta). We had to pay $20 more but it was well worth it (honestly looks a little iffy on the outside but they have clean rooms and a very helpful staff)!
