if you looking for a comfortable bed, this is not the hotel... feels like sleeping on the floor... Bathroom sink is not in the bathroom hate that too ..... the room stinks... the ac barely works... We went to the casino until midnight and left at 4:00 am the room is that bad.... I could not sleep only pass out for 2 hours... I rather sleep in my car than here.... the worst hotel I ever ever stayed.... this place needs to be burned down and rebuilt....

Checked out of Days Inn and moved to Black Jack. Everyone there is so nice. There was an issue with our key not working and the lady came down to help us out. The internet was not the best, but we made it work. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, decent beds. The only issue I had was the knobs for the shower looks pretty grimy. Very close to the casino. They had the waffle maker for breakfast. Overall I would go back if the Coushatta was booked.

When we checked in the young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful but that was the high point of our stay. We soon learned that the ice machines, coke machines and bathroom in the lobby was out of order. When we got to our room , they seemed clean, but but a check undernieth the edge of the bed revealed they only vaccuum down the centers of the floor. We stayed on the second story and the upper hall smelled strongly of curry. The beds were pretty hard and the bath towels had all the luxory of sandpaper. We went down for breakfast the next morning only to find the waffle batter container empty and the only other choices being cereal and muffins that were not very good. We requested more batter but after 20 minutes the manager came down looked in the container and left. Several more minutes later he came back down and I requested he refill container and then he took it with him. Not sure if he ever brought it back. We were there for a while longer and gave up and went back upstairs to get ready to check out. I won't use this one again. Too many other options in Kinder.

We're arrived late in the evening. The clerk was very unpleasant and didn't have a kind word ti say. The rooms were poorly cleaned. Could have stayed at the hospital Days Inn up the road for the same price. This inn was a lot closer for our trip. Will not stay here again.
