This hotel is always clean and well maintained.
Reservations prompt, courteous and with professsionalism.
I have been there many times over the past 5 years and find that
MR. Rene Claudet is a true leader and is an outstanding person who
has a genuine passion for his facility and guests.
He has an outstanding core of management personnel wheping him along the way.
This includes Mrs. Wayne, Emily and the very efficient Ms. Hessie Cox who does an outstanding
job.

We stayed here on our way through LA. My husband treated me to the suite which was like an apartment!! VERY affordable, but it was the staff that amazed us the most. Nicole at Woody's restaurant was out of this world. Remembered us as my husband requested a bottle of champagne be sent to the room and then the service in the restaurant later was exceptional. Tiffany at the front desk remembered my husband was trying to get his card to work and actually came to the restaurant to find him and tell him she had time now to assist him. Never had service like that anywhere and we have travelled the world.

This property was probably a Holiday Inn originally. It is nice, especially for as old as it is. It would be a good place if you had to stay with kids too. There is a nice atrium with a nice pool indoors. Breakfast buffet was AMAZING! Excellent!

Recently stayed at this hotel. Clean room and convenient location. It was a nice atmosphere (comfortable and safe). The staff was very helpful. Rooms comfortable, bedding clean and crisp. Will definitely stay here next time in Houma.
