I stayed at the Hampton Inn on Gould the weekend of September 20 2013. The hotel and service were great. The staff was very friendly, especially the two Shieka's that work the front desk and the phones...and that is coming from someone who's not always the easiest person to deal with. The location is great for those looking to visit the Casino's and the Boardwalk. We even got a discount at a nearby restaurant for staying at the Hampton Inn. The free breakfast was also great and had a nice selection. My room was clean..including the bathroom. I suppose if you stay in hotels enough, you will come across a bad experience every now and then but in my honest review, If every I recover from this losing gambling trip and decide to go back this will be my only choice.

Excellent stay.. look forward to coming back again. The staff was excellent accomidating us in any way possible. A happy greeting anytime i walked in and made me feel at home even thought i was 2000 miles away.

Only problem was with the wifi provider, not the hotel staff. Could not access my cable provider's email via the wifi. Staff allowed me to use office computer to get around this issue and promised to work with wifi provider to correct issue. Great place to stay. Great value.

The staff was really helpful and nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Great experience overall. Highly recommended. Our company was extremely impressed with every aspect of this stay.

We were treated like family. Every aspect was enjoyable! As HHonors members the room price was extremely acceptable for us. It is well worth the hunt of finding. You also receive 10% from steakhouse that is within walking distance.

Was really impressed with the friendly, helpful staff! Everyone from the desk clerks, cleaning staff and breakfast people were very nice and always spoke to us. Is a very good place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Was disappointed in the cleanliness and odor of the hall carpets. The breakfast buffet was really good. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, waffles and all the other breakfast foods. But would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean and the staff is helpful, rooms are clean, the surroundings made us a little cautious about the exterior security but no issues accrued during our visit. The parking areas designated for the hotel were full and guest had to park in not designated for parking areas, there was a professional bass fishing tournament in town and some boats were parked there.

I do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the limited parking in the evening. We don't have designated parking, but going forward we will try to designate parking for our guests that have their boats, to ensure there is adequate parking for all guests.
