Lemongrass is fantastic. If you are looking for genuine Asian this is the place. Thai, Vietnamese as well as fusion with local flavor. Fresh and flavorful .

“Asian Eclectic.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2012 via mobile

Mixture of Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, with a few American staples.

Thai iced tea not overly sweet but a little small for price. Spring roll appetizer fresh, crisp with creamy peanut dipping sauce and can easily be shared with another. Bahn Mi sliders were excellent. Right amount of pulled pork and coleslaw. Add the cucumber slice but skip the jalapeño unless you like it hot. Regular fries were hot and crisp not greasy. Pho noodle soup large enough for 2 or 3. Take home container provided. Very good and plenty of herbs and extras to add as you like. Singapore Noodles excellent with the only Americanization more meat than what you would find in Asia.

Definitely a place to return to.

“Old building, amazing transformation, new attitude”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2012

OK, the building has housed other Asian eateries over the years ( Eggroll Express, Hanna Asia), but nothing like this. Asian fusion has finally arrived in Shreveport/Bossier City. We have been there 4 times in the past week! First, the interior has been totally renovated and de-cluttered. The menu has some standard asian favorites plus some combos I would not have expected to find at an "Asian" restaurant. Egg rolls, wonderful, not like your standard run-of-the-mill taste. Pad Thai, great but with a different noodle than I am used to. Lemongrass platter with choice of marinated meat (we chose the steak, very yummy) paired with steamed rice and a a wonderful carrot sauce. Green curry was spot-on, although the chicken was just a bit chewy. Wonderful taste. OK....here's something that caught our eye out of left field: fish & chips basket at an Asian eatery? Had to try. Was amazed at wonderful thick talapia fillets in a beautiful Abita beer based tempura style batter that was very light and flaky. Served with regular (or as we chose) sweet potato fries that were not "dolled up" with added sugar. finish this off with a delightful Asian-style slaw and you make a happy tummy. Also a nice traditional Thai ice tea (I prefer clove & coconut milk in my mix, but their take is very tasty). Very good wait staff and a chef who comes out to acually ask your opinion. I tried one of their new dishes that was shrimp based with veggies and crispy noodles that was was awesome. He asked if I liked the way the dish was prepared and asked my opinion of the noodles, etc. I was impressed that he took the time to circulate and actually ask our opinions. They usually have three specials listed on a board as you enter. While they have all looked great, we're still going through their menu trying to sample everything. So far we have not had anyting less than amazing. Well worth the trip, well worth the price.
