“Walked out!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2012 via mobile

My son & I went for lunch on a Thursday. There were 3 groups of people before us waiting for a table. Sections of empty tables. Obviously not enough waiters.
Place looked old & outdated. Ac didn't work good. Finally we were seated. Others came in and left noticing empty tables. Being seated by windows was even worse too hot! Bathroom had no ac was muggy ,hot & dark. After going to the restroom & coming back to table. Still no waiter & no drinks . We wasted an hour total there walked out without being spoken to by a waiter. Close the dump!

“Better than Excellent!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2012

Kudos to the bartender that saved me for ordering a horrible drink! He didn't have to do that. He went one up and made the best Long Island Ice Tea on the planet! So to say the service was excellent doesn't do him justice.
The cooks are awesome too. Made some really righteous fajitas!!! Mouth watering and flavorful!! :-)
When you get the chance.... stop by!!

“Noise Level So Loud We Had To Leave”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2012 via mobile

We just left Chili's about an hour ago. We went in and immediately heard the loud music and patron noise. We asked if we could be seated in a quiet area but we were told no, that the empty booths in a quiet section were closed. We told the hostess that it was really noisy. She stated that she heard it all the time. We wondered why they didn't fix the problem if they heard it all the time. We noticed that neither the regular menu nor the drink and dessert menu show the prices of the alcoholic beverages. No one waited on us to find out the prices anyway. After a few minutes of not being waited on and hearing the loud, pounding drums in a song being played pretty loud, we informed the hostess that we were leaving. I think they are going to lose a lot of business because of the volume. My husband has severe hearing loss and it was too loud for him.

“Good choice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2012 via mobile

Great location. Easy to reach off I-10 and College Drive in Baton Rouge. Close to nearby hotels as well. Good food, fast service, reasonable prices.

“BAD FROM THE BEGINNING”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2012

Slow service. I ordered cinnamon apples, which is usually a staple at Chili's. They were served to me so cold, it was obvious they had been frozen, and no effort had been made to warm them. A member of my party was served ribs that were just about as cold. Rather than fixing him more, they just put his entire plate in the microwave for a few seconds. A mistake with the bill had to be cleared up by the manager. Definitely an inferior Chili's.
