“A wonderful place to stay”

This is a jewel amongst a lot of rocks. We got a 2 room suite and it was wonderful. It was really clean and when we needed anything the staff was quick to satisfy. We indoor pool was really nice after a long day on the road. The suite was updated and had two seperate flat screen televisions which made it really nice for the whole family.

We needed a place to stay while on our way to Florida, we like the REd Roof Inn because of previous experiences. Was kind of difficult to find going south but we managed. Got to the front desk and the girl was very friendly got checked in right away. She was very accomodating when we asked for 2 rooms close together. Once in the room we were very pleased, it was very clean and served it's purpose. This was well worth the money considering we stayed at a Red roof inn on the way home in Tennesse and there was no comparison to this one. Very pleased., would definitly reccommend it.

The rooms are clean. There was no hair dryer in the room. We called the desk and was told we had to come down and get one. The next morning when I went to take a shower, there was no hot water. I went for breakfast the next morning they were out of everything. All I got was coffee.

Room Tip: Everything about the room was good. Very clean.

We very much appreciate your time in expressing your feelings, and I would like to personally thank you for this and to offer an apology for any and all lack of proper service. Currently our unit is undergoing some renovations in order to better enhance our ability to service our valued guests which includes having hair dryers installed in every guest room. We recently installed microfriges and coffee makers in each room and shall continue to upgrade our services. Stayed here two nights for the UGA-Ky football game. Hotel looks fairly new - or at least has been remodeled fairly recently. Outside was well kept. The only thing that worried us was that there was an apartment complex right beside the hotel, but it was no problem. The hotel was clean and the bathroom in our room looked like the tile floor was just installed. Room was large for this type of budget hotel with nice flat screen tv. There was an indoor pool that looked OK. Breakfast was basic, cheap continental, but was OK. There is a Cracker Barrel within about a minute or less drive from the hotel. Walls were thin and we could hear noise from adjacent room until we turned the ac fan on to drown out the noise. Did have one unsettling thing happen at 2 o'clock in the morning. The phone in our room rang and person on the line said that they were calling from the front desk. Said that their computers had gone down and that they needed us to verify our name and how many nights we were staying. Said that we would be compensated for the bother by them giving us a discount on our credit card for our stay. Of course, we knew not to give out our credit card number over the phone, so when they realized that we were not giving this information, they hung up. Immediately called the front desk and they said that it was not them calling. In the morning, at check out, the front desk told us that this had been happening at this hotel and that they were trying to get the police to trace the calls - which had not happened yet. Because of this - not sure if we would stay here again. Hotel was OK, room was clean, good price, but being awakened in the middle of the night by a call on the hotel phone was disturbing.

I wish to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the very early morning phone call which disturbed your rest and obviously made you and your party uneasy and nervous. Numerous hotel chains nationwide along with other types of business have been targeted recently by a rash of late night phone calls with the "Caller" claiming to be an employee of the business and attempting to solicit financial and personal information from the guest. I commend you for not providing any such requested information to the caller and for alerting us to the incident. Please remember that the business you are providing your patronage too already have the information from you that they require and any such call is fraudulent in nature and should be reported immediately to the managing authority of said business. Measures have been taken and steps are in place to eliminate any such future incident.

Discription of hotel on web site is inaquirate. The hot tub has been concreted in and there is no exercise facility. The staff was very nice during check. The room is ok... Bathroom is very small. However it is clean. No restaurants within walking distance, remote area next to housing. Exterior very well kept. Unfortunately we have reservations here for five nights, I was looking very forward to the exercise room.

First and foremost I wish to express my sincere gratitude in your choice of our Red Roof Inn for your lodging needs, for we truly appreciate your patronage. I would also like to extend our apologies for any and all information you may have received regarding our property before your arrival and the amenities you expected to have access to, during your stay. I would kindly ask if you would be able to provide me the location of the web site you had spoken of as to where this incorrect information would be located so I may expidite any changes that need to be made. I have double checked with RedRoof.com along with other OTA sights such as expedia.com to see how their information reads and everything seems to be current as to what we currently provide at our property. I cannot locate any information that mentions a Fitness Center nor a Hot Tub at this point. We have high hopes that you will choose to lodge with us again when you are back in our area.

We stayed here as a rest en route to our final vacation destination, easy access from highway, clean hotel, nice bed, good shower, hot breakfast. For the price it greatly exceeded expectations. We will stay again on our next road trip.

We stayed in a king suite with hot tub. It was a very nice room. They had new LCD tv's. Little noisy from the interstate cause it next to I-75. It has a indoor heated pool but in the pool house was hott. They also had hbo channels too.
