“Unfortunately Uncle Franks has closed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2013

I always found the German food excellent and the staff friendly. Uncle Frank always came to check to see if we enjoyed our meal and often let me sample other items he was fixing in the kitchen.I also enjoyed our discussions about living in Germany. Unfortunately during a recent visit to go eat there, we learned due to a loss in the family, the Uncle Franks restaurant has closed.

“Hard to find, but worth it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

This is a little place that is difficult to see amongst the strip malls and bright attractions on the highway. But it was worth the search. After a long day of touring around Louisville, we swung over here for a Schnitzel fix. It is a little place, with good German food. My only suggestions would be a better signage, and a little more work on the atmosphere. The US pop music clashes with the Bavarian theme. The prices were very reasonable, the serving sizes very good.
