I've found another hidden gem! I just tried Adams Breezy Hill Farm for the first time and I was very pleased! This is a small family owned restaurant in rural Princeton, Kentucky. The dining room is well decorated in a country theme. They are open for lunch until 2:30 M - F. They have dinner from 4 - 8:30 on Thursday & Friday evenings. Breezy Hill offers fresh food straight from their garden when in season. The day I was there for lunch they were featuring a wrap that came with fresh corn on the cob (just picked!) and fresh just picked tomatoes. The menu offers sandwiches, salads & wraps. I had a sandwich of fresh sourdough bread, ham, thick sliced bacon, apple slices, chedder cheese & roasted red pepper mayo. It was grilled and served with a side of potatoe chips and a side salad. It was very good! The salad was so good too. It was garden fresh with red onion, green pepper, & grape tomatoes as ripe as can be. I really enjoyed my food. Another had the stuffed tomato with chicken salad. The chicken salad was delicious but the tomato could have been a little more ripe. It too was served with a fresh garden salad as I described and chips. Sweet Tea is free! I am looking forward to returning next week with friends from St. Louis! So glad I found out about Breezy Hill!
