Oh my gosh, what an experience!
My wife and I were on a work assignment that brought us to Pikeville for a couple of weeks with a group of co-workers. As a result we made the rounds to most restaurants in the area during that time. The restaurant was pretty busy for a group of 10 but we did get a table after a while. The food was okay but I've had much better ribs elsewhere.
Our waitress was either too distracted or not with it. Our co-workers that were drinking beer thought the beer list was quite good. We wanted to order wine and although this place offers wine, they don't know a thing about it! The first wine choice was oxidized and when we chose to go to Chardonay, the waitress brought my wife a pink wine! The next choice I made was a very basic red wine. If you don't know anything about wine, you should not offer it.
The value for what we got was okay but no more. We didn't return.
