Nice, clean hotel with the most accommodating, friendly staff! We arrived late our first night. Jarrod Street was especially kind. We had traveled for seven hours, exhausted. Realized I reserved a King room instead of two Queen. My son, 19 and a big boy, needed his own bed! Jarrod took care of us by switching our room to a two Queen accommodation. I realize this may be standard service but like I said, it was very late in the night and he performed his duty with a "can do" attitude and huge smile. The next morning I decided to use the hot tub. Though there were no towels in the pool area, I used the house phone to call the front desk. The front desk associate, Katie Scott said she would have someone run towels down to me. Within one minute, Katie herself showed up with a huge smile and stack of towels. I then asked if it would be possible to switch our second night room to one with a hot tub. Again, within minutes, Katie arrived back in the pool area with a switched out room reservation and a key to our new room. All with a smile and "no problem" attitude. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Every need was met! We will definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to sleep during a long drive to Florida. Very clean property, safe area, right off the interstate. Decent free breakfast. Aaron at the front desk was very welcoming and efficient! Would stay here again.

I stayed in the Fairfield Inn for three days last week. The room was clean, the staff was nice, and it was in a good location. The breakfast was ok. I was able to go to the grocery store down the street and get stuff for sandwiches to keep in the little refrigerator in the room. I was in town for depositions, which also took place down at the conference room. The hotel was great for everything.

Very clean and very nice staff!! We had a suite room and it was very spacious!! Will go back to this place!!! I loved the room that we had and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever been in!!! Staff was very friendly upon check in and seemed to know what they were doing. At first we tried the Hampton Inn that was down the street but they looked as if they were renovating most of their third floor thus making them have less rooms available for guests. So after receiving this news we were not sure what to expect when it came to the Fairfield. This was not like one of the Fair fields that we had stayed in the past. We were pleased at the room we received as well as the service that we received while we were there. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who is traveling through Paducah!!!

We usually travel with a cat or two, so this was our first stay at the Fairfield -- and it was terrific! Great AAA rate, really friendly & helpful front desk staff, AC that worked well, comfy beds and bathroom, and even Food Network on tv. Good breakfast downstairs with some hot items, plus coffee in room and always available in the lobby. Didn't use the pool or hot tub (both indoors), but nice to know it was there. Paul Mitchell shampoo & rinse + Tee Trea lotion in the bathroom. Good strong wi-fi signal in room. Easy parking & auto door to elevator, so luggage is a breeze. Only thing we wish they'd do differently is accept pets.

Room Tip: We asked for a room on the side away from the interstate and never heard a thing.

Room was clean, shower was hot with great pressure & front desk was nice. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about but its free and like they say "you get what you pay for". Good place to stay especially when you get the Priceline rate.
