“Beautiful decor!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

If you want to stay at a place where you feel appreciate looking at fabalous decor then this is your place. From the lobby, breakfast room to the suites every where you look is very colorful and beautiful. There is a tennis/basketball court out back and you can get balls from the front desk for activities. The breakfast was good as well. The only problem I found was that alot of money was put in the layout and decor but not in the sound proofing between floors and walls. I could hear the people above stomping back and forth until about 1am and I heard the neighbors wake up call at 6am. So if you really need peaceful sleep I suggest that you get ear plugs or ask for a room on a floor that isn't occupied much or ask for a corner room where they don't have anyone in the next room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay it's something about all the nice bright colors that make you feel happy.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on an higher floor or buy ear plugs for good sleep because the floors & walls are...

stayed there for a return diving trip to mermet springs. hotel was located on a popular street with plenty of restaurants, shops, marts, etc. it is a newer hotel and it showed. very clean and contemporary decor. easy to park and get checked inn. room was a little small but had a great layout that made it convenient. good size closet and area in the closet for suitcase. the room had a fridge and microwave which was nice. alarm clock was simple and easy to set...not always the case. the bed was comfortable and even gave me the choice to not have feather pillows..which i honestly find gross... feathers plucked from dead birds just it not appealing to me. the bathroom was clean and i had a roomy stand in shower, no tub..which i prefer. my friend had the same room but with a tub and shower so this is optional. the breakfast in the morning is good, it is free and about what you would expect. i have been to paducah before and the rate for the room was reasonable for that area. only complaint was the closeness to the interstate. at night it was hard to fall asleep as the semi trucks passed...took some getting used to.

Room Tip: get a room farthest away from the interstate side

This was my second stay in a Fairfield Inn on vacation. It was as wonderful as the first. It was newer and had a somewhat different layout, only being a year old. Breakfast good, room quiet, clean; bathroom clean, tub/shower clean (glass combo not the usual curtain) We faced away from I 24 and so absolutely no problem with any highway noise. Easy drive into DT Paducah for visit to the National Quilt Museum (yes if you like art this is worth a visit) and old town Paducah.

Room Tip: If you have lots of luggage, they have carts in front that make loading/unloading much easier. Not a...

Motel is right off exit 4, I-24 in Paducah. It appears new. Very well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stayed two nights on Marriott reward points. It was quiet and restful with comfortable beds Only 4 miles from downtown. Restaurants in the immediate area. Complimentary breakfast was good and offered a decent variety. I would recommend this property if you are traveling to or through the area.

Room Tip: Our room was on the 4th floor, interstate side of the building. Did not interfere with our sleep.

We arrived late in the evening, after driving 580 miles. Originally, we'd planned on stopping in Clarksville, TN and thought we'd push through a little further. Glad we did. Upon check in, the hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Even though we made a last minute reservation, our room was ready and waiting for us. It was very clean and had all of the Marriott amenities you'd expect. We enjoyed a good night's sleep, and a nice breakfast the following morning.
Several restaurants are within 1-2 miles; we chose the Olive Garden for dinner. The Fairfield Inn is located near the highway and easy to get to. This was a very convenient stop. We'd stay again if driving through the area.

My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights there a month ago. We loved it. The Manager ( Brock ) really went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The beds where very comfortable and the place was spotless. It was also very quiet and we both had 3 great nights of sleep. If you are staying in Paducah this is a first class establishment and I recommend it 100%.

Stayed for an extended time (8 days) attending a funeral and visiting relatives. I had no complaints. It was affordable, clean, modern and friendly. The breakfast area was very nice - eggs and sausage one day, eggs and bacon another and biscuits and gravy the next. New to me was their cooler with bottles of milk, yogurt, fruit cups and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The pool was small but clean with a hot tub nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I guess I did have one complaint. When I left, the luggage cart had a wheel that squeeked. Whenever in Paducah again, I know where I'll be staying.
