The space is great - recently renovated old building with soft colors and low lights. Very unique menu offerings for our little town. Appetizers were all great and tasted freshly prepared. Fried artichoke hearts and calamari with sambal were big hits, but skip the salami. Desserts were also great and prepared in house. Creme brulee was a big hit. Great beer and wine selection. The entrees were the the weak point for everyone in our party. Our party of 3 had a pork chop, steak and chicken, and while none were prepared wrong they just weren't anything special. It seemed like all 3 had the same sides, whch meant they all sort of looked the same. Service was great, but when the chef came out to meet the group I wasn't expecting a guy in a dirty T-shirt. Clearly it's a one man show, but if meeting the customers is part of the show a chef jacket might be a better touch. It felt like meeting the "chef" at waffle house. Overall an above average dining experience - I'll be back.
