“No heat not clean room”

No heat. First night I was told the heat will turn on after 9:00pm then I was blowed by more than 4 hours cold air!! Then I can't tolerant and decided to turn the 'HEATER' off.
The second night I got the truth from the service lady: there will never be heat if the temperature above 60F. That night I didn't tough the heater button but asked an additional blanket.

I am OK with the no heat, low-rate room when the temperature above 60F. However, I am unhappy the way the lied to me and let me blow cold air in a no heat room other than simply tell me the truth and give me another blanket.

This facility could definately use a facelift. Both the exterior and interior are very dated. Though the room was clean, the shower had no pressure and just about had to run around in the shower to get wet. Person at desk at the time of check-in was not familiar with the immediate surrounding area.
