I have stayed at the Brown twice now and both have been wonderful experiences. The hotel is lovely with a great lobby/bar. The food (bar and room service) is delicious. The rooms are very large and nicely appointed. But the staff and service is the best part. Everything has been top notch - nice people dedicated to ensuring you have a good stay. From the welcome call to ensure everything was good after I checked in to the responce I recieved when asking for a late check-out (I asked for 12:30 rather than 11 and she said "let's make it 1 so you don't have to rush") the service was more than worthy of a luxury hotel.
