For us, the best part about this hotel was the art museum component. Because of that piece, it's easily a 5-star rating. Our room, however, left much to be desired. It was quite possibly the plainest room I'd ever stayed in. It was nice and comfortable, but it was startling in its staleness. This is a place to experience once, but I doubt we'll stay there again. The art museum piece is incredible, to be sure. The hotel part is just so-so. The red penguins crack me up.
