Finally made it to Ramsi's cafe this week. We were there Sunday night and only about 6 tables were taken. I've heard they are much busier, but perhaps Sunday night is not one of those busy nights. We were seated and our server came about 8 minutes later...that was a good sign of things to come. After she brought us drinks, we waited about another 5 minutes for her to bring us straws. To summarize, bad service continued throughout the night. As far as the food goes, I ordered Egyptian Dish which was a delicious mix of pasta, lentils and fried onions, served with a two slices of Cuban bread. Other people in the group ordered salmon and chicken Parmesan sandwiches which were also very delicious. The average price on the menu is between $13-$22 per plate. Another con is that tables are pretty small for a group of four and one can feel a bit crammed, especially once given the big menus by hostess. The owner of the Ramsi's restaurant is a very generous person and donates to the local non-profit agency very often. For that reason, I will be back, however, let's hope the service is more inspiring next time.
