We stayed in a King room and relatives had a suite.
Coming north on I-65 you can get off at the Eastern Parkway exit rather than Phillips Lane as directed on website--much easier.
Front desk was helpful, but could not access teabags to give me some for my room--in a locked cabinet in dining room and it was after dining hours.
Rooms as described. We found them to be too well sealed. I had to run the a/c in January to stay comfortable and sister ran the shower with wash cloth in door jam to get some humidity in her room. A/c was normal noisy cycle. Occasional jet noise outside window on either side of hotel. Well soundproofed against other rooms and corridor. I did have to use my earplugs as I am a light sleeper.
One day we paid for the breakfast buffet ($6.95 I believe). It was very good with cooked to order eggs, waffles, etc., fresh fruit, etc. We thought as it included drinks that it was as good a value as the Cracker Barrel next door.
Some rooms have tub showers and others have walk-in shower, but the control is at the head of the shower by the toilet, so be sure to slide the door back and lean over the toilet to turn on the shower or you will get soaked.
Relatives were comfortable in small suite--the bathroom was between the bedroom and small living area with sofabed.
Our carpets and upholstered furniture were a little worn but everything else was in good shape. I asked how they were converting to all non-smoking. The rooms we were in were already non-smoking, so no changes. The 6th floor is under renovation, ripping out all the carpets and fabrics to convert to non-smoking.
