“Very Nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2012

This Red Roof is actually a very nice motel. Newly renovated. Rooms are modern and clean. The only draw back is that parking may be an issue if you have a trailer. Front desk is very nice and will go the extra mile to assit you when help is needed. You should stay here.

This is a friendly place to stay. It is just off the I-65. It is clean, and they have good coffee 24 hours a day. We stayed here twice with our pets and they were comfortable and stayed pretty quiet as the entrance is to the outside and the rooms are well insulated. The people next door said they only heard them bark if they were outside of their room opening their own door. Anyone who travels with or without pets knows that noise is a big deal and the lack of it is heaven. We recommend the business class room even though it costs a bit more you can use the extra space. The other rooms are just fine too. Melissa checked us in both times. Nice person.

I am always in Louisville, Kentucky at this time of the year for a military antique show. The Red Roof Inn is always my first choice with great rooms, clean facilities, pet friendly, and an all around great value. There are a few Red Roof Inns in Louisville, and this location is great. Two thumbs up!! See you next year!!

Room Tip: The Red Roof Inn is always a great deal.

Stayed driving through with some family. The rates were great, and check in was very friendly and smooth. Parked right in front of our room. Room was nice and clean, with plenty of space for all our belongings. The hotel wifi worked instantly(sometimes a problem at other places for me). Loved the fact it was so conveniently located right off the highway(65), which made it simple to find. Everything about the stay left me with a positive experience overall. Would definitley stay again!

Room Tip: Liked the first floor room, as there was ample parking, and I was able to park my car right outside...

I always enjoy staying at the Red Roof Inn. The staff is extremely pleasant, the rooms are well managed, it is conviently located next to I-65 and close to the airport. The price is certainly low when compared to other options in the area and the RediCard membership comes in handy as you get a free night's stay at a Red Roof Inn for every 10 stays at any Red Roof Inn.

Room Tip: Rooms on the East side are quieter and directly face The Waffle House where you can grab a quick bit...

We stayed for 4 nights. We were not told of the add'l fee for a microwave and 'fridge upon making our reservation and the GM graciously waived the fee. It is this kind of customer service we really appreciate. The room was clean, the hardwoods appeared to be new and the carpet was in great condition. I am a non-smoker and did not notice any residual smoking odor in the room. The bathroom was very clean and housekeeping did a great job, we never lacked for soap, shampoo or clean towels. We took advantage of the restaurants nearby and it's very close to the Expo center. We travel quite a bit and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Its been a challenge to find decent hotels to stay at with a dog, but I found the place! Here in Louisville its a busy weekend with 2 big events going on and the rates are higher, but the nice thing about Red Roof is that pets stay for free. Also important for me was internet, and they do have that as well but its not perfect, but it'll do! The hotel is up to date on its decor with frig and microwave. They don't provide breakfast, but coffee that have and the Waffle house is a few steps away. This Red roof is next to the airport and the highway so its not quiet, but its not too bad and I'm a lite sleeper. If you have to have total quite then this isn't the place for you.

Room Tip: they have smoking, non smoking, King and doubles. Lower floors are the best it you have a pet.
