“Always entertaining”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

This is my neighborhood, so I have only good things to say. I love the numerous restaurant and eclectic shopping choices. The trolley hop is a must for locals and visitors.

“Many Locally owned shops”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

B. Deemer's art gallery is filled with fine art. A block away, you will find Just Creations which is part of the Ten Thousand Villages. Vintage clothing can be found at Elizabeth's. The Blue Dog Bakery is also on Frankfort Avenue. Consignment shops dot the street along with dining options such as Caspian Grill. Nancy's Bagels and a bookstore are located near the rail road tracks near the Grape Leaf Restaurant. El Mundo restaurant is also located on Frankfort Avenue.

“Memories”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

Always a treat to drive/wander around this historic and fun section of Louisville. Lots of memories and a place my younger brother loved so much. Wish he were still with us to continue to enjoy it.

“Worth a visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

The old buildings are pretty, and the little boutiques by the area are worth visiting as well. Youthful vibe compared to downtown, for example. Same with the Highlands area in general.

“Art, Coffee, etc.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2012

This is a great little street very eclectic with a wide variety of small stores. Plenty of good restaurants and coffee houses to stop at while shopping. Also have a trolley hop each month which runs up and down the street that you can hop on and hop off.
