We took the "see, know and taste" tour. Loved our tour guide Eli. She picked us up at our hotel. Got to see some major sites and taste some yummy food. The amount was perfect for me, but my husband didn't feel the portions were enough. We didn't eat lunch before and only had a couple of muffins for breakfast. Make sure you take a bottle or two of water, soda, etc. With all the food, you will need it, and unfortunately none is provided (wish we would have known before going). Also be aware that if it is a small group, you may be in a mini-van instead of the mini-bus. If you are in the back of the van, your view won't be as good, and you are subject to the folks in front of you when it comes to the windows. We were quite cold from the open windows. I thought the tour was worth the money though.

Hello! This is Leslie the owner of City Taste Tours. Thanks for your review! I'm glad you enjoyed the tour. It's always helpful to get input from guests... and I appreciate the heads up on the van. Normally we only use the van or the cadillac for when we have two to three guests, thus eliminating anyone having to sit in the far back seat. Unfortunately, the fun bus... that is usually so reliable had an issue and had to go to the bus doctor . Although I am thankful that it broke down on the way to tours and not with a bus full of happy tourists... I am sorry you ended up in the back of the van. I'm glad you enjoyed the majority of the tour though. If you are ever in Louisville again... give me a call personally and I will make sure you get the best seat in the fun bus ... on me.
