The hotel is EXTREMELY nice, I would even say upscale (for an Embassy Suites, I was pleasantly surprised). Big problem however, I made reservations letting them know I had 4 children incl. 1 year old twins so I needed 2 cribs. I called at about 3pm & 6pm that day to confirm the reservations and reiterated the need for cribs. Room was secured by credit card, but I wanted to make sure that they knew we needed 2 cribs not just 1. They had the same response: "no problem, but not guaranteed". They were also aware that I was a Hilton Hhonors member. We arrived at the hotel and was told the cribs were in our room. Finally at 1030pm, I called the front desk for the 3rd time AFTER CHECKING IN, wanting to know when we would get the cribs as I wanted to put the twins to bed. I was then FINALLY told there were no cribs. Sorry, but couldn't they have told me this BEFORE I checked in? Couldn't they get cribs from another Hilton hotel? I called again and asked to speak to the manager and at 11pm they found me ONE crib. Spent $150 and had a terrible time sleeping. Loved the hotel, but won't take that chance again.
