When we first checked into this hotel, I was extremely pleased at the appearance. This hotel was immaculately clean. It even smelt clean! I was so pleased when we walked into our room. The room was exremely larger than average and was perfect for what we needed. It had two large beds. When we turned on the ac, it made a loud noise, so we called the front desk and they immediatley sent someone out. He said that to repair it, he'd have to replace the whole unit, so they switched our room. This was no problem, as we were in no hurry. As we walked into the next room I noticed it was a much smaller than the first, and just didn't smell as clean like the other. Still, no problem. BUT, as I went to take a shower, I looked up to see a DIRTY washclothe lying over the shower curtain rod. Unfortunately, the cleaning service didn't clean this bathroom well at all. The towels hadn't been fully stocked, and the floor was dirty. We contacted the front desk about the problem and someone came out about an hour later to remove it.

This just happened to be an unlikely experience for me. The rest of the staff was awesome, and so friendly! The pool was perfect, as well as the hottub in a gazebo style window! I would stay here again. The price was good for the area.

I will also note that this hotel is also located next to the Hustler Hollywood store. I didn't know this until we got there. If I would have known, i may have affected my decision to stay, but I am glad it didn't. It was not noisy nor was there bad traffic at all.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while driving through Kentucky.
We picked up a coupon at the Welcome Center and decided to give it a try. While the coupon was only good for 1 room (we needed 2 rooms -- should have gotten 2 coupons!), the rate on the 2nd room was only $5 higher. The rooms are large with 2 queen beds which is a pleasant upgrade from the standard 2 doubles. They are very clean and quiet. The indoor pool is very small and a large teenage church group had taken it over so the kids didn't get to swim. Not the hotel's fault, of course, but the pool isn't big enough. Also, the door to the pool was broken so you had to enter through the bathroom! The continental breakfast had hot food and there was plenty to go around. The front desk clerk, manager and staff were very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them.
All-in-all I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay unless you are looking for a good pool.
