Clean, quiet and modern rooms, nice layout, very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is situated close to chain restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay.

Front desk was friendly, helpful. Room was spacious, clean, L shaped couch was good size for everyone to stretch out on! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast items were restocked frequently, staff was always on hand to replenish food. Could not hear people in next room. Location was good, although it had highway close by, it sat far enough back from busy shopping center so that it was not congested to get in and out of. It was close enough that you had access to many shops and dining.

This was my first stay in a Hyatt Place hotel. Located close to I-75 and lots of eating options, this hotel is a fresh option. The L-shaped sitting area with large 42" television makes it feel like home. The TV will swivel and you can even watch it in bed. The control panel for the TV allows you to connect your devices including your laptop for viewing pleasure or your camera to watch the video of your kids playing at the park. The oversized shower needs more water pressure, but I appreciate the extra space and no shower curtain slapping your body since it has glass entry way. The front staff were very pleasant and personally greated us and pointed out the features of the refreshment area and continental breafast area. At a normal rate of just north of $100, I'm not sure it will fall on my regular visited hotel chains, but it will definitely be an option that I consider when I need a little extra style.

Everything is very fine at this new hotel. The only small problem is to mention could be the noise coming from highway but this can be neglected. There is a very good steakhouse very close to hotel named Malone's.
Internet, breakfast, parking is free.
Maybe they could improve the breakfast a bit but it is ok.
