Whether you are local to this area or passing through on I75, this is a great little "go to" place for good food and friendly, attentive service. How much fun to set at your table and watch the trains rumble down the middle of Historic Main Street Lagrange. My salmon was very good; and my husband said his pork chops were very tender. Sides very good as well. A side of broccoli was not at all boring; quite tasty for steamed broccoli. I am curious as to why no bread is served with non- sandwich menu items. Actually heard a diner at a close by table ask the waitress the same question. Just a little suggestion.
The desserts look wonderful (and made from scratch at the restaurant), but skipped it this particular evening. Going back soon just to get dessert.
