We took an extended weekend trip for Labor Day with the kids and headed down south for a football game (War Eagle!) on the way back to Indiana we decided to stop at a cave for the kids. We tried Mammoth but it sold out within minutes and not to disappoint our children we went further up the road to the best thing that could have ever happened to us......Hidden River Cave! We were the first ones in that morning and the employees treated us like they had known us our whole lives. Our son signed up to the zip line & the cave tour, while the rest of us just signed up for the tour. Clayton & Charolay took our son out on the zip line, which he totally loved - and they also threw in something extra for him but I won't say exactly what, you'll find out if you go. The museum was very informational and hands on but the ultimate experience was the cave. It was just so surreal, and amazing, and peaceful. We just had the best of times, and our tour guide was great with the children and so knowledgeable. We would certainly do it again!
