We spent two nights here while visiting family. I confess I am a bit biased as I am a "platinum" member of Marriott Rewards, so I get some extra perks. But our room was very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. There was a large contingent there for some kind of pre-teen and teenage girls' event; but the room was well insulated and we never heard a sound once we closed our door. The staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was good - a somewhat limited menu. Breakfast was the buffet - good but not great. When we arrived it was late and we had traveled across country so we had soup and warm pretzel sticks at the restaurant - actually quite good! The location is close to the airport (good) but we never heard any flight noise (best!). We would definitely stay here on another visit to the Cincinnati area.

Ontop of an 11.3% tax is a fee for $25.00 A DAY. The continental breakfast they insinuate as complimentary is incredibly expensive as well as the ability to even use the Wifi. It's a nice looking hotel but you pay for it and pay for it and pay for it. This nickel-and-dime you place ends up costing you big when all is said and done. I'd rather stay at a place that's honest up front instead.

Thank you for your recent stay. I am sincerely concerned regarding your perception of hidden fees, as this is certainly NOT a business practice of the Cincinnati Airport Marriott. While we obviously must charge the mandated tax rates, we DO NOT have a $25.00 fee automatically assigned to all of our stays. Good place to stay if you want to be by the airport. Service at the front desk is professional. Rooms are fine need to be upgraded but it's clean. Restaurant service is brutal. Wait forever to get served, and don't plan on getting anything to eat after 10:45pm. Plus there's nothing around if you wanted to go elsewhere. If the could improve service and hours I'd be more willing to stay there.

Stayed here 3 nights. Extremely satisfied with the service. They have a great restaurant and a beautiful lobby lounge area. I must emphasize the quality of food served in the restaurant. Presented well and very tasty!!! All the managers that we came in contact with (Restaurant & Desk) were very friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I spent just one night, enjoyed the well-equipped gym and a good night's sleep. I had an upgrade to the concierge floor, and the attendant was very friendly and capable. The food selection was better than at many hotels: coconut shrimp, a good tuna salad sandwich on whole-wheat bread, hummus and chips, fresh salad and vegetables, and a variety of appetizers - nuts, cheeses, etc. Prices for wine and beer were reasonable.

I don't like to travel with my computer, and the business center just off the lobby proved useful.

Desk staff was friendly; they helped me with Fedex supplies. I took the first van to the airport (5 AM, when the airport opens) and the driver was also friendly and helpful. All in all, an excellent airport hotel for when you have an early morning flight.

Green Features: The usual -- if I had stayed more than one night, I would have re-used towels. A good sign that big chains are becoming more conscious in this regard.

We were in town for the Cincinnati Elite Spring Thaw Soccer Tournament. We traveled with the whole team. We recommended this property for the team due to our previous experience with Marriott. We are Gold Elite members. Having not stayed here before we knew we would not be done wrong, due to it being Marriott.

We were not disappointed. The experience from check in to check out was great. The restaurant offered some higher prices than one would normally look to pay when traveling with teen agers. The service was great at the bar and staff attempted to accommodate our request for a basketball game that was not on their channel lineup.

Great job!! Recommend

Stayed here one night in February 2014. Was provided a room on the Concierge floor as a result of Platinum status with Marriott Rewards. The lounge was very nice and adequately appointed with water and soft drinks and the evening appetizers were very tasty. My room was typical of Marriott properties and was clean and provided a good night's rest. Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and had a very good experience there, too. Overall, this Marriott gets excellent marks for service, cleanliness and hospitality.
