The area where we were seated was rather dark, we tried opening the blinds but the wand was missing. We then raised the blind but were told that we had to put the blind back down. Someone did come and open the blind by climbing up on the next booth and manually turning the opener. We should have left the blind closed, when opened you could see the accumulation of dirt and dust on the blind as well as food, dirt and dust in the window seal. The light fixtures also had lots of dust on them. I am not a clean freak but I was uncomfortable eating in a place that was so dirty.
