“Best value for money !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2013

We got this hotel through Hotwire. It turned out to be a wonderful experience, Except the issue of access to the hotel ( the frontage road being uni directional) ; almost everything else about this hotel is very nice and pleasing. The breakfast, the staff, the room and all other things in the hotel made us very comfortable. Overall, this is a great value for money !
We enjoyed our stay !!

I am embarrassed to say how long it took me to write this review. My husband and I stayed at this Best Western last September. From the minute we arrived, our experience was exceptional. It began with a pleasant greeting from the desk clerk, who assigned us a quiet room (perfect for a light sleeper) to a lovely chat with the hotel manager, when we checked out, who wanted to know if we enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean, quiet and secure. The hallways were also well kept. My husband and I were just passing through but I highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay.

Stayed here for several night while in town and can't say enough good things about it. Room and Hotel were very clean, the food was great and it is in a good location for shopping and seeing the town. Staff was very helpful and eager to give advice for things to see. You have to deal with a frontage road to access Hotel but it's not bad after you figure it out. Location is right next to a busy highway but I didn't notice any excessive noise.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel on Monday evening without a reservation. Stefanie, the desk clerk, was very helpful and got us into a room right away. She also recommended a restaurant for supper: BJ's Brewhaus, just a block away. Fabulous food, great waiter, AND great beer!! We returned to the hotel and settled in for the night. The next morning we had an urgent incident which required us to stay an extra night. Because of the situation, the manager, Jason, let us stay the night courtesy of Best Western. The clerk on duty on Tuesday, Judy, was extremely helpful and helped us immensely. Even John, the maintenance man helped us out a lot. The staff bent over backwards to help us. I cannot thank them enough for taking the sting out of this trip. Oh yeah, the room was awseome, the bed super comfortable and the hot breakfast was just what we needed. Would we stop there again? WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!! We will stop there on the way back home. Oh, by the way, since then we have made a few overnight stops on our way to our destination and every hotel has been a Best Western. Thank you, Best Western!! We will recommend you to all our friends!!

Room Tip: Check out the exterior and the grounds first. If they look well kept and neat, it's probably a g...

rooms are large, beds are comfortable, tvs are nice. always very clean. good water pressure, Hot breakfast is decent, free paper, friendly staff. One of my favorites in the Wichita area. Alot of restaurants nearby and a shopping mall less than a mile away. It's a little hard to find based on the way the roads are in that area, but worth the stay.

Room Tip: pick the 3rd floor, the floors are a little thin so sometimes you can hear the person walking above...

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised the first time we stayed here - it feels a notch or two above the price grade that we'd signed up for. Now, whenever we're in town over the holidays for multiple days (and trying to keep hotel costs lower), we stay here and have for the past few years. The breakfast is average and there aren't a lot of frills, but the environment and ambiance are much higher than you'd expect for this price, and the property always looks new and in flawless condition. Our experiences with the people working here have always been punctual and positive - but frankly, we haven't had a lot of interaction because we haven't needed to: everything is fairly intuitive.

They have a pool, for relaxing after those long stressful days with family over the holidays. ;) Linens and furniture look new, cleanliness is 5-star, etc. I don't even look at other hotels anymore (other than the Hyatt for off-season, one-night stays here and there). I've sent a few friends to this hotel while they're in town and will continue to do so as long as our experiences here continue to be as positive as they have been in the past. Highly recommend!

Room Tip: We've always stayed on the 2nd floor and it's very quiet, even during the busy holiday seaso...
