I stayed here on business three times, and was never disappointed.

The lobby is beautifully decorated, and is heated nicely in the winter and cooled nicely in the summer. Even if it's 0 degrees outside, like it was one time I visited in February, the lobby is nice and cozy, with a fireplace roaring.

The rooms are great. About average Courtyard size, but since the hotel is so new, everything looks great. The bedding and pillows are out of this world comfortable, by the way. The shower is great and has lots of pressure. The thermostat works wonderfully for both heating and cooling. Note that most Courtyards don't have thermostats, so that makes this one that much better.

The breakfast is up to regular Marriott standards, with made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, pastries, juices, coffee, etc...

It's really a great hotel for the business traveler.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and probably would not return. When arriving at the hotel the first thing you see is the beautifully appointed lobby. That lovely lobby leads you to believe that the rooms will be better than they are. Upon checking in we found the bed linens in our room to be soiled, we were quickly given another room. We were also surprised to find no hair dryer in the room, none of the extra toiletry supplies one would expect from this hotel, no sink in the bathroom and towels of poor quality. The only sink was one with a very small counter area outside of the bathroom. Considering that this is not Marriott's lowest level accomodations, we expected better.

RECOMMENDED. High rise building. Relatively new. Decorating scheme is older Courtyard design. It's hard to get excited or disappointed by almos any Courtyard which is good. Thiis facility is clean, well maintained and features all of the typical designs you expect to find in a Courtyard. I found bed to be more comfortable than most Courtyards (though it didn't appear that this Courtyard had the touted new bedding that Marriott has been speaking about). All in all - no worries in selecting this hotel.
