I returned to the Super 8 for a second stay after my previous visit, and found it to be cleaner and quieter than my trip last year. Being in the area for business insured I was tired so sleep was not a challenge. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were super soft. The Air conditioner was set perfectly when I entered my room so no adjustments were needed all week. My room door handle was loose, but the maintenance crew adjusted it when I reported it to the front desk. The room was equipped with a Refridgerator and microwave, so I was able to pack a lunch each evening without a cooler full of ice. The front desk staff was very friendly at check-in, but; seemed less engaged the rest of the week. Every need was met, but; they were much more pleasant at check-in. There were no surprises with the bill, but; I did have a fog-light end up missing off of my rental vehicle while parked in the parking lot. I would recommend not leaving GPS devices cell phones or ipods visible in your vehicle overnight. There was plenty of parking for semi trucks, and passenger vehicles. Several resturants and a Walmart were close to the Hotel. The breakfast was not very good because some oinker ate all the pastries in the first few minitues of breakfast, and the staff said they were only allowed to put out a certain number each day. Waffles are not my thing, and the yogurt selections were pretty slim. If breakfast is your springboard to a great day plan to eat breakfast out. Overall, this Super 8 is a very good place to stay.
The ground floor rooms opposite the front desk side of the building were quiet and clean.
