This is an old Holiday Inn. The carpet in the rooms looks relatively new. The beds are old, but mine was comfortable. They use the old flower polyester bedspreads (eeewwwww!) The hallways look very worn out. The bathroom was old, but clean except for a small hole in the ceiling. There is an entrance into the room from the hallway, and another door on the opposite side of the room leading outside. Being a woman traveling alone on business, I hate the outside access doors.

I didn't know it was homecoming week when I booked this trip. All the other rooms in town were sold out. It was only $80.

If I HAD to stay here again, I would, but I will go back to the new Hampton Inn as long as it is available.

I did not eat at Patty O'Quigley's. (I went to Houlihan's which is connected to the Holiday Inn--it looked nice).

We had our wedding reception here and it was great. The caterer was easy to work with, and so was the rest of the staff. The night went well without any problems and plenty of great food. The decorations were beautiful, and they had everything set up perfectly!

Had a great stay at the Clarion. Still going through some remodeling of the sleeping rooms, but the service is very good!

Paddy O'Quigleys has great food and fun atmosphere with several big screen TVs.

Will definitely stay here every time I'm in Manhattan!!

I checked in very late around 10pm and the person at the main desk was very pleasant. After check in she called to make sure our room was comfortable. We had a drink in the lounge that evening and really enjoyed the multiple big screen TV's. We had little time for breakfast and found the restaurant buffet quick and filling. Would recommend to others!
